Happy Friday, Philly Shoppers!
A convergence of holidays has everyone in, well, the best of holiday moods this week—a springtime holiday mood. Today is Earth Day, and, lest you forget in your haze of chocolate eggs and matzoh balls, it's a reason to think twice before accepting another plastic shopping bag, and get to eco-friendly shops (like Arcadia!) and, in general, go outside and do something (John Wind at Joan Shepp! Shad Fest! Doggie hair dye at Bark Ave!)—at least for a deep, green, breath or two. Do it now. Mother's Day is just around the corner. (Look below for some great deals for that holiday, too!)    — Lauren McCutcheon, Lifestyle Editor
