Be Well Philly

TUESDAY, MAY 31, 2011

I spent the holiday weekend hiking in the mountains of West Virginia, but even after hours of sunshine I'm still aching to get back outside. To celebrate the start of Philly's al fresco season, we rounded up the area's best outdoor yoga classes, which are taking place everywhere from gardens and parks to tree houses. We've also got three slimming smoothie recipes from Maura for a super-delish way to beat the suddenly sizzling temps, a great Father's Day Gift for golfing dads, a roundup of our 15 favorite farmers' markets, and the lowdown on Temple's transplant troubles. Plus: A Top Doc's warning about the nasty STD you can catch from trying on swimsuits. Gross, but true. Enjoy! Jenna Bergen, Health and Fitness Editor
